Army Men: Major Malfunction is a game in the Army Men franchise released by Global Star Software in 2006 for Xbox and PlayStation 2 consoles. The name Major Malfunction is derived from R. Lee Ermey's quote in Full Metal Jacket, "What is your major malfunction, numbnuts?".

Story[edit]

The main character is a soldier named Private Anderson. He is forced to fight his way through many enemy soldiers as he tries to defeat the main villain named Major Malfunction who has taken over the house with his toy army and annihilates Srgt. Hawk.

Reception[edit]

The game was widely panned by critics for its poor story, graphics, enemy artificial intelligence, and according to GameSpot its "horrible problems with aiming and camera control."

IGN gave the Xbox version of the game a 3.0 out of 10 while GameSpot gave it a 3.1 out of 10.
