"Setting up credit bureaus is a new feature in the Russian financial sector, and so it would hardly make any sense to ignore the experience of such work that has been accumulated abroad and technologies and business processes that have proved viable in practice. So joint projects in this area deserve nothing but praise. The emergence of a Russian credit bureau with the participation of Interfax Group and the leading world player in this market, the Experian company, can be seen, as it were, as a vote of confidence in the Russian financial system, which is gaining in strength." Alexander Zhukov, Russian Deputy Prime Minister (2004-2011) |
