ON BOJANOVSKY:  Will play in his fourth season as a Seminole in 2015-16 and has become one of the top shot blockers in school history…will undoubtedly finish his career as one of the top five shot blockers in school history…has an uncanny knack for executing the high pick and roll with a tremendous ability to roll directly to the rim and finish above defenders who are working to earn the high airspace that he earns because of his height…his incredible length and stride-ability makes him a prime defender as he extends his arms and gets in passing lanes to bother an offensive player’s vision…enters his senior season tied for sixth in school history with 136 career blocked shots…needs only 24 blocked shots to move into fifth place in school history and needs only 29 blocked shots to (first) and .679 from the free throw line…played in all of 36 Florida State’s games and earned a career-high 21 starting assignments – he started the first 21 games of the year…earned career-highs for games played (36), games started (21), minutes played (740), minutes played per game (20.6), field goals made (77), field goals attempted (131), field goal shooting percentage (.588), free throws made (57), free throws attempted (84), offensive rebounds (59), defensive rebounds (85), total rebounds (144), rebounds per game (4.0), assists (19), blocked shots (67), points scored (211) and averaged points scored per game (5.9)…finished fourth in the ACC in blocked shots with 67 and a 1.9 blocked shots per game average…ranked fourth among ACC players with a conference only blocked shots per game against a nationally ranked team in school history…six of his seven blocked shots against the Minutemen came in the second half including four in the last 3:13 with the Seminoles working to win the game…blocked a shot by Cady Lalanne with 3:13 remaining and the Seminoles trailing by a 53-50 margin…another block came at the 2:33 mark with Florida State leading 53-52 (it was Bojanovsky with a lay-up that gave Florida State the one point lead)…a third blocked shot in the sequence came with 1:15 remaining and the Minutemen had re-taken the lead at 55-54…his fourth block in the sequence came with three seconds remaining in the game and the Seminoles holding a 58-55 lead…two free throws by Aaron Thomas gave Florida State its final winning margin of 60-55…Bojanovsky blocked two shots and two lay-ups to keep a potential eight points off of the scoreboard in the final 3:13 as Florida State outscored UMass 10-2 to win the game and improve to 8-3 overall…his seven blocked shots came in AS A FRESHMAN (2013): Averaged 2.9 points (10^th on the team), 1.9 rebounds (6^th) and 0.8 blocks (3^rd) as he played in 33 of the Seminoles’ 34 games during his freshman season…averaged 11.1 minutes played per game and earned double figure minutes in 22 of the 33 games in which he played including his season high of 21 minutes played in the Seminoles’ victory over Wake Forest in Tallahassee (Feb. 26)…scored in double figures twice during his freshman season with 10 points coming in wins at Georgia Tech (Feb. 5) and at home against Wake Forest (Feb. 26)…earned season highs for points scored (10) and field goals made (four) in both of the Seminoles’ ACC games against the Yellow Jackets and the Demon Deacons…increased his scoring average by 2.0 points per game in 18 ACC games (3.8 ppg) as compared to the Seminoles’ first 13 non-conference games of the season (1.8 ppg)…also increased his playing time by two minutes per game in ACC play (12.4 mpg) as compared to the early non-ACC schedule (10.4 mpg)…was at his best offensively in 18 home games (4.2 ppg) as compared to 11 true road games (3.1 ppg) and five neutral site games (2.0 ppg)…his 25 blocked shots are tied for the ninth highest single season total in school history by a freshman…blocked at least one shot in 12 different games with his season high of four blocked shots coming in the Seminoles’ win at Maryland (Jan. 9)...earned multiple blocked shots in eight different games with at least three coming at Maryland (four), against Minnesota (Nov. 27, three), at home against Wake Forest (Feb. 26, three) and at North Carolina (March 3, three)…led the Seminoles with a .547 field goal shooting percentage – he was the most accurate shooting freshman on the team and one of only three Seminoles (also Okaro White and Kiel Turpin who both shot .511 from the field) to shoot .500 percent or better from the field…was perfect from the field on multiple shots in four different games: against Buffalo (Nov. 12, 2-2), against BYU (Nov. 16, 2-2), at home against Maryland (Jan. 30, 2-2) and against Clemson in the ACC Tournament (March 14, 2-2)….Florida State was victorious in each of those four games…also shot the basketball well from the free throw line as he finished with a .758 mark as he made 25 of his 33 free throw attempts for the season…was one of five Seminoles – and one of only two freshman (Devon Bookert) – to shoot .750 percent or better from the free throw line for the season…his season high of three free throws made came at Miami (Jan. 27) and Wake Forest (Feb. 9) and in the Seminoles 69-66 win over Boston College in Tallahassee (Feb. 16)…scored six points in the Seminoles’ victory over Buffalo – the second game of his career and the second game of the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic…made two of three field goal attempts and two of two free throws in scoring six points in helping the Seminoles to the victory at home…
