The Hollywood actress is in the top 35 of FHM’s 100 Sexiest Women in the World list.
Berry was named the Sexiest Woman in the World in 2003 at the age of 36.
Since 2002, she has always made it into the top 30 – last year she finished 17th.
The Oscar-winning actress is ahead of younger stars like Natalie Portman and Kirsten Dunst, and is the oldest woman in the top 100.
FHM executive editor Chris Bell said: “Halle Berry is almost assured a top 30 finish and in doing so she will be the oldest woman in FHM’s 100 sexiest list this year.
“Men clearly don’t judge by age but by appearance, and Halle is way ahead of many more youthful Hollywood actresses.
“She somehow manages to look absolutely gorgeous year after year and when you look that good, age really isn’t a factor.”
Supermodel Kate Moss has fallen out of the list, which closes next week.
The top 100 will be announced on April 26.
