The Furls Promise
Furls Fiberarts guarantees that our products are the most luxurious and beautiful fiberarts tools and notions you have ever experienced. If your Furls products do not make your art a more comfortable, luxurious, and beautiful experience, return them for a full refund and keep the complimentary skein of yarn that we include with some packages as a gesture of apology for wasting you time.

If you do not immediately experience less hand fatigue, if your stitches do not become more even, if you do not find your fiberart more enjoyable, or if you are not artistically pleased with the aesthetics of your product, return them for a full refund and keep the skein as our apology for wasting your time!
Return-Replacement-Refund Policy
All Furls Crochet hooks are guaranteed under the Furls Crochet Promise (see above) to perform to a certain standard. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Furls Crochet hook or your Furls Hook fails to live up to our Promise, you are entitled to a 100% refund or a complimentary replacement.
Breakages and Defects
In the case that your crochet hook head breaks or is defective, please return your hook to our mailing address with a note that includes (1) Your name and order number (2) your return address (3) the details of the breakage/defect (4) whether you would like a replacement or a refund. We will send you a complimentary replacement or refund your charge within 30 business days (usually 7 days). All Furls Crochet hooks are protected for one replacement.
Human Being Policy
Furls Crochet, you'll be glad to know, is run by humans! As humans, we occasionally make mistakes. It is a policy at Furls Crochet to recognize that we make occasionally make mistakes and that we take on the responsibility of fixing those mistakes.
