So I just go into any store and walk out with a Power Bar?
Yes. Remember to text first for your code (and texts cost 35p). But then it’s as simple as that. Walk in, show your code and walk out with your Power Bar.
Can I use the Power Bar with my iPhone or an older phone?
Yes, but for iPhones you’ll need your own iPhone cable to connect to your Power Bar.
If your phone isn’t a smartphone you might need a separate adaptor too. If you’re not sure what to do, just ask in store when you collect your Power Bar.
Am I entitled to a free Power Bar if I'm on a pay as you go contract?
Yes, although you must have been a customer with us for at least three calendar months, and made one chargeable call or text message during that period, to qualify for a free Power Bar.
How does the free swap work?
You can go to any EE store for an exchange. Our staff will assess your Power Bar for damage and let you know if we’re able to accept it back from you. If your Power Bar is fine, we’ll then swap it for a different Power Bar that has been fully charged and that you can take away.
You can swap your Power Bar as many times as you like.
What happens if I damage or lose my Power Bar?
If you damage or lose your Power Bar then you can get a replacement Power Bar with all the benefits of EE Power. To do this you’ll have to come into an EE store and pay £20.
I've heard stocks are running low - what should I do?
There's been an unprecedented demand for EE’s Power Bar, and we have a limited amount available through our launch phase. Get in early to avoid disappointment, but don't worry - we have more stock on the way.
