ORNL's Industrial and Economic Development Partnerships Staff works with partners in the region, State, and across the nation to help transfer ORNL-developed technologies and know-how to the commercial marketplace, leading to the creation of new companies, new jobs, and increased American competitiveness.  Our major economic development activities include the development and implementation of several industry cluster strategies, support for several unique entrepreneurial development programs, and the management of the Oak Ridge Science and Technology Park, the only research park on a national laboratory campus in America.
