The Derby Trailblazers Under 15's team
The purpose of the U15 development programme is to continue embedding fundamental skills gained at the younger age groups whilst introducing team offensive & defensive concepts focusing on improving decision making and team work. The squad have been together since the start of their U14 year and have shown considerable improvements both individually and collectively. There is no emphasis on winning games at this age group instead we focus on nurturing solid foundations that will allow our player to enjoy a long and successful future in the game’.
