He bought the home in 2005 for $2,725,020 under &ldquo;Love Deacons of Soul Trust.&rdquo;</p>

The home has a swimming pool. Hough previously lived with then-boyfriend Ryan Seacrest in the $37M compound that he bought from Ellen Degeneres and Portia de Rossi.

Actress Jane Fonda listed her 2,000-acre <a href="http://www.zillow.com/blog/jane-fonda-selling-santa-fe-ranch-153911/ "target="external"rel="nofollow">ranch in Santa Fe, New Mexico</a>, for $19.5 million. Her home is a 9,586-sq. ft. adobe with six bedrooms and five bathrooms. There is also a five-bedroom guest house on the property she bought in 2000. In a statement, Fonda, 76, said the ranch "has been a sanctuary and a place of great joy and recreation for me and my family," the Wall Street Journal reported, and she is selling because "many changes have occurred in my life since 2000 and I am no longer able to spend as much time on the ranch as I once was."

Reality television star and designer Nicole Richie and her husband sold their Spanish colonial style <a href="http://www.zillow.com/blog/nicole-richie-lists-home-150506/" target="external">home in Glendale, Calif.,</a> for $1.84 million. Reality television stars Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian are renting a 9,000-square-foot, five-bedroom mansion in <a href="http://www.zillow.com/blog/kardashian-southhampton-rental-153244/" title=""target="external"rel="nofollow">North Sea Harbor, in Southampton</a>, Long Island, while filming "Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons." Page Six reports the three-acre property is rented for $300,000 for the summer.

Actor Charlie Sheen listed a <a href="http://www.zillow.com/blog/charlie-sheen-selling-home-153127/"target="external"rel="nofollow">four-bedroom, four-bathroom 1989 home in the Westlake Village neighborhood of Los Angeles</a> for $1.695 million, just over a year after buying it for $1.6 million. Sheen owns several properties in the Los Angeles area.

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen sold their <a href="http://www.zillow.com/blog/tom-and-gisele-estate-151584/"target="external">four-acre property in Brentwood, California</a>, in the Los Angeles area, to hip hop billionaire Dr. Dre for $40 million, the Los Angeles Times reported. The celebrity couple allowed a photo spread in Architectural Digest when they completed their nearly 20,000-square-foot estate in 2011. The couple soon listed the five-bedroom home, nine-bathroom home for $50 million.

The five-bedroom <a href="http://www.zillow.com/blog/whitney-houstons-home-sells-153180/" title=""target="external"rel="nofollow">Mendham, New Jersey mansion</a> of the late singer Whitney Houston, which was on and off the market since 2009, was sold in February 2014 to an investment company for $999,900. But a physician who happens to be a Houston fan bought the 1987 mansion on five acres for $1.5 million.
