Overall strategy/tips:

Jinpachi is a rather simple and easy character to use. Your game should resolve around poking the opponent from afar with ss2_d+2,1_d+1_d/f+4_b+4_u/f+3,4_d/b+2,1 and keeping them from getting too close. If you are being pressured from a close range, the moves to get you out are d/f+1_u+4_1,b+2_d/b+1,2_b+1+3_ss d/f+2_b+3+4>2. Once the opponent starts to turtle up enough you can get in close and mix up with d/f+1+2_d/b+3,1_d/b+4_u+4_FC d/f+1. Once you score a knockdown, know your oki options and make the best of it.
