Using dbVar

NOTE TO SUBMITTERS:

You can submit your data before your manuscript is published and we will hold it until publication. This will help avoid unnecessary delays in the publication process.
If your data include clinical assertions, please submit to ClinVar, not dbVar. Clinical information will be stored in ClinVar, and structural variants will automatically be forwarded to dbVar. Your data in both databases will be linked. See the ClinVar submission page for more information.
