The CFC is pleased to provide an ASCOPE/PMESII library covering countries of interest to civilian and military actors in crisis areas. The ASCOPE methodology provides an in-depth analysis of civil considerations which are vital for success of coalition operations, grouped into six categories: Areas, Structures, Capabilities, Organisations, People and Events. As a complement to the ASCOPE, the PMESII methodology provides a comprehensive view of the Political, Military, Economic, Social, Information, and Infrastructure aspects of the operational environment.
