Special note for those experiencing issues with the BLB app after updating.

  1. First and most importantly make sure your device has the most recent iOS software provided by Apple installed on it. In most cases we have found this resolves the issue.
  2. Take the time to update your device iOS software the next time you sync your device with iTunes (click on the 'Check for Update') on your desktop computer to the latest free from Apple.
  3. Check our FAQ page for frequently answered questions.
  4. Leave your feedback from the support page and a member of our staff will get back to as soon as possible.
