I’ve been studying with College SA since July 2013 and haven’t had any problems thus far. I never knew studying from home could be this much fun. I studied with a well-known correspondence college before and did not have such a great experience. I’m eager to finish my course so I can start another one. Thank you College SA for restoring my faith in home study.

First of all: the principal kept on following up with e-mails, and that pushed me because it showed that he cared, unlike other institutions. Secondly: Rentia never gave up on me when I wasn’t sure if I could make it. And lastly, Ruan: he was attentive and explained everything to me.

It was absolutely fantastic to study through College SA! You were so wonderful and supportive. I love you College SA. I will cherish this time with you always. You really care about your students. I will recommend you any time to anybody. As you said in the college orientation guide, “the world is my oyster”. Indeed, the world is my oyster. Love you College SA. I am so overwhelmed that I feel like crying now.
A big shout out to all my student support people, I had about 5 of them. They were all great and very patient when I panicked. My last student support person, Nosiviwe, was very understanding and always went that extra mile for me. Thanks Nosi, you have a wonderful personality and it was great working with you.

I have studied with a very well known distance learning institute from 2007 and my entire experience with them has been bad. I have to say College SA is a pleasant surprise. Not only are you able to get hold of your staff members on the phone, but they are also very friendly and helpful. They always give me quick feedback and I just love the whole experience. The consultant that assisted me in choosing my course has been amazing. She has always gotten back to me on time, every time. She never complained or made me feel like I’m an irritation to her with all my questions, and as soon as she gets a mail from me, she calls me back. The assistance I had from the tutors from the start of my course has been amazing and of high quality, my study material was always delivered on time, and when one of my study material question papers had one missing page, it was resolved in no time. I had encouragement from College SA from the start, as I was sceptical of studying again.

All I can say is wow and thank you! I realised that the ICB sent me two answer papers and no question paper. I e-mailed them, and CC’ed my tutor, Carol Ndamase. She phoned me the next morning and told me that it will be couriered to me. I just received it, less than 24 hours after her phone call. I am impressed by her efficiency! Thank you Carol, you are really making it easier!
