There are over 3 million food trucks around the United States, with the top cities for food truckage being Los Angeles, New York, Austin, Chicago, Houston, Portland, Cleveland, Washington, D.C., Boston, and Miami. (Source)

This year’s food trucks were dominated by tasty tacos, Korean-fusion foods, and, of course, good old-fashioned french fries.
