5th Kenichi the Mightiest Disciple Video Anime Has 2 Episodes, Bonus

Shogakukan confirmed that the 54th volume of Shun Matsuena's Shijō Saikyō no Deshi Kenichi (KenIchi the Mightiest Disciple) manga will bundle a 50-minute original video anime volume with two episodes and a bonus anime on November 15. The fifth video anime volume will depict the multi-way Shinpaku Alliance vs. Yomi battles from the original manga, including Miu vs. Rimi and Takeda vs. Rugu. Yomi's Boris Ivanov will launch a surprise attack on Ryōzanpaku in Kenichi's absence.

Four original video anime volumes were previously bundled with manga volumes since last year. The fourth original video anime volume, which also has two episodes, shipped with the 53rd manga volume on September 18. The manga already inspired a television anime series that Funimation released in North America.
