Baez: "Zero evidence" to charge girl, 12, in Sedwick case
(CBS) - Jose Baez, the attorney representing the 12-year-old Florida girl accused of bullying Rebecca Sedwick, announced Wednesday that the Florida state attorney's office has dropped aggravated stalking charges against his client because "there is zero evidence... and they felt it was the right thing to do."
