The entire list of this Theatre District establishment, named after a beach resort in Mozambique, consists of South African wines, including pinotages, shirazes, merlots, and cabs. The pinotages are of the most interest, with an inauspicious start, big in the middle, then trailing off into pleasant spiciness. The food offers something of a disconnect--in general, it's too sugary to go well with the big reds Xai Xai pours.
