Warner Bros. has signed David S. Goyer — the screenwriter on the “Dark Knight” trilogy — to a three-year first-look deal via his Phantom Four company.

The pact gives the studio 37 first-look deals, including three at New Line. That’s the most of any studio.

Goyer also wrote the “Man of Steel” script and is working on the upcoming “Batman Vs. Superman.”

The first project Goyer will produce under the deal will be an untitled sci-fi thriller written by Doug Jung as a possible directing vehicle for Goyer. Phantom Four production president Nellie Stevens-Reed will be exec producer with Jon Berg overseeing for the studio.

Goyer’s repped by WME and attorney John LaViolette. Jung is represented by UTA, Circle Of Confusion and Adam Kaller.
