Yesterday, I heard a chap at the door. When I opened the door, there was a chap there ... he said he was from Scottish Power and that he wanted to check my meter. So I let him in.

Anyway, after he 'tested' the Electric meter he said that I will be gettin' a 'Smart Meter' in the near future. He also checked my Gas meter.

So, I am a-wonderin'; after the 'Smart Meter' is fitted, will I be able to read [work out] my total daily power consumption via the internet?

Will this 'Smart Meter' be an ' internet device '?

Dunno what is going on with the crazy pie chart. I'll get one of our crack team of developers to look at it just as soon as they turn up/put down GTA.

Blackhat polls are on every page on the site, and the forum accounts for only around 7 percent of total site traffic. I expect that forum users vote more than do casual readers (that's why we love forum users) but as you point out there are always way more votes than views of the thread.
