You have to wonder where it will all end.

For all the hand-wringing and criticism that follows each x-rated stunt from Miley Cyrus it's an undeniably contrary fact that the fewer clothes she wears, the more coverage she gets.

This means more views on Vevo, more downloads of her single a level of success that's bound to set a precedent amongst her peers which is exactly what seems to have happened with Kesha.

The 26-year-old uploaded a series of worryingly risqué shots via Instagram on Thursday, including two where her bottom is clearly on display.

She captioned a picture with her derriere in the air with the single word 'butt' and fans made inevitable comments about twerking and the comparison to Miley, 20.

Another, of her sparkling cleavage, was captioned in a similarly prosaic style: "Glitter t**s anyone?"

Another simply read: 'I'm having fun,' while the second derriere shot read 'high fashion. obv.'

The singer is currently touring the United States before she moves onto Australia and then Asia.

She's also got her hand in a new fashion venture, designing a line of jewelry called the Kesha Rose by Charles Albert collection, which launched in the U.S. on August 1.

The line includes two other collections: Warrior, which features arrowhead and shark teeth designs and Cannibal, which is modeled from human teeth - real human teeth, sent in by fans.

Additionally, she designed an array of phallic jewellery, which became an instant sellout after the launch.
