FullBlogPlugin: Reworked the RSS support - now the plugin renders the full-post RSS feed itself, and leaving the details of creation, updates and comments to the timeline.

Additionally, feeds are now provides for the main dimensions of the blog, allowing users to subscribe to feeds restricted by category or author.

Also:

Simplified 'Search' by only having one search source.
Increased default number of front page to 20.
More permission checks against resource.
Fixed a count issue for when requested category was a substring of another (giving too many hits).
Some other small fixes.

FullBlogPlugin: Various changes:

Added support for restricting a blog feed on category or author.
Added RSS icons to interface to simplify.
Added a number of attributes to templates to make it easier to style.
Changed som layouts to make them better - styling and fixes.
Improvements / fixes in styles.
New icon for timeline viewing.

FullBlogPlugin: Adding a wiki macro to display posts in various forms - [[BlogList]]:

An inline list (like in the blog archive) (format=inline).
Full-text posts (as in all other views inside the blog module) (format=full).
A 'blogflash' as a floating box that renders full-text posts in scaled down format, typically for project or section front pages (format=float).

Read the macro documentation for details on the various options.

(Also includes various refactoring to make it easier to read and maintain by reusing as much as practical in the new macro. Lastly there are a few minor bug fixes.)

FullBlogPlugin: Basic provider for Tags plugin. Blog categories are included in the tag cloud, filters and so on.

Note: There is currently no permission checking done related to listing blog tags and posts - however, accessing a blog post will enforce permissions like usual.

Lots more 0.11 fixes thanks to osimons. Also made expression parser much more robust, adding support for normal Python "and", "or" and "not" operators and fixing the two-tag limit.
