The Portland Timbers have developed a department with the sole focus of delivering major league service to our most dedicated fans. Each season ticket account is assigned a personal service specialist that will be their resource for all of their Timbers ticketing needs. Whether you need a special birthday greeting announced or need help with reprinting a lost ticket, your service specialist is only a phone call away. On match nights, our service representatives can be found in the 18th & Morrison Box Office or the Guest Services Center behind section 105. Account Manager:
The Portland Timbers Account Manager is a resource where each season ticket holder can access their account online. The site allows season ticket holders to forward their tickets, make payments as well as update account information. It’s a great tool to ensure you can manage each of your seats throughout the season.
