FMA Films Plus Princess Jellyfish and Gyo Released Monday

However, the Blu-ray double pack of Milos/Shamballa is held back to December.

On Monday September 3, Manga Entertainment is releasing the feature film Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos in three editions. There will be a DVD edition (pictured right); a Blu-ray edition; and also a DVD double-pack edition (pictured left) which also contains the previous FMA film, Fullmetal Alchemist: The Movie - Conqueror of Shamballa. (Milos is spun off from the Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood series, whereas Shamballa follows the different continuity of the previous Fullmetal Alchemist TV series.)

Manga Entertainment is also preparing a Blu-ray edition of the Milos/Shamballa double-pack. This edition was intended to come out on September 3 as well, but Manga tweeted there was a production issue with the Shamballa Blu-ray. For this reason, the Blu-ray double-pack has been delayed to December.

Also on Monday, Manga is releasing the series Princess Jellyfish in a 'strictly limited' three-disc edition, packed with a Jellyfish plushie. Based on Akiko Higashimura's Kuragehime manga, the series revolves around a collection of female otaku living in an apartment complex. Their world is turned upside-down when protagonist Tsukimi, who is obsessed with jellyfish, befriends a man named Kuronosuke, a fashionable cross-dresser.

Finally, the video label Terror-Cotta is releasing the horror OVA GYO: Tokyo Fish Attack. The film is based on the manga by Junji Ito, about fish with metal legs that emerge from the sea to attack Japan.
