Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service Moves to Young Ace (Updated)

Sentō Jōsai Masurao gets manga; Haruhi spinoff Nagato Yuki-chan gets promo

The June issue of Kadokawa Shoten's Monthly Shōnen Ace magazine confirmed on Saturday that Eiji Ohtsuka and Hosui Yamazaki's The Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service manga will move to Young Ace when that magazine debuts on July 4. The Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service ran in Comic CHARGE until Kadokawa ended the magazine in January. Young Ace will also feature a manga adaptation of Tomoaki Hayashi's Sentō Jōsai Masurao light novels.

Kadokawa has updated its Young Ace website with a promotional video for Nagato Yuki-chan no Shōshitsu (The Disappearance of Yuki Nagato-chan), Puyo's Haruhi Suzumiya spinoff comedy manga. (In the linked page, select the "04 長門有希ちゃんの消失" button in the Line-up menu to see the video set to the overture music from Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's The Marriage of Figaro opera.) Puyo already draws another Haruhi parody manga called Melancholy of Haruhi-chan Suzumiya (Suzumiya Haruhi-chan no Yūutsu). Kadokawa had previously announced that this magazine will feature Yoshiyuki Sadamoto's Neon Genesis Evangelion manga, Ohtsuka and Shou Tajima's MPD-Psycho manga, and Iqura Sugimoto's manga version of Mamoru Hosoda and Sadamoto's upcoming Summer Wars anime film.

North America's Dark Horse Comics will publish the ninth of 11 current volumes of The Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service next month.
