GameSpot Fireside Chat - Week 3

Still no news or anything regarding unions? This is really dissapointing...

Bah. I really, really liked the old design. Like, a lot. It's one of the reasons this is one of my favorite websites for gaming news & reviews. It's just really practical and intuitive... the new one seems to go for that grid-based trend I've been seeing everywhere. It just makes things more confusing to be honest. I don't like it. Polygon has a design similar to that, and I don't like it either. Should've kept it Joystiq-style.

Will there be more hot dogs?

Question 1: What if there's a union we want transferred to the new site, but the Leader in it is not around anymore?

Question 2: Will the new site include a custom word censor that users can set within their profile settings, much like how you can enable or disable sigs?

I would like to participate in the beta as well. I have been around here for nearly a decade so I would like to give it a shot as well :P

I was skeptical of the new website at first, but after some clarifications and the fireside chats, I'm excited for it. If ya'll still need some beta testers, all you gotta do is ask. :)
