The HD PS3 remakes of Final Fantasy X and X-2 will feature not just updated visuals but improved music too, as this new video demonstrates.
It features a battle scene from the original PS2 version of FFX, followed by a clip from the HD remake on PS3, showing off just how much work has gone into updating the game's BGM.
Square Enix has confirmed it will be releasing the HD versions of Final Fantasy X and X-2 for PS3 and Vita simultaneously later this year.
While the games will be packaged on a single disc for a PS3, the Vita versions will be available individually.
"These games are classic fan-favorites, and we hope that new and old Final Fantasy fans can experience the world of Spira and the story of Tidus and Yuna in a brand-new light with these remastered editions," said Final Fantasy producer, Yoshinori Kitase.
