epa03824580 Ships bunker at Algeciras Bay, Spain, 14 August 2013. According to reports, the Spanish government has announced that it will impose higher sanctions on floating petrol stations in the Special Conservation Zone (ZEC), citing environmental concerns over the practice of 'bunkering' - refuelling at sea. The move could affect Gibraltar-based businesses. Spain has long claimed sovereignty over Gibraltar, a small outcrop on its southernmost tip, which has been under British rule for three centuries. adult-diapers-550x417.jpg A Korean and American capital company in Honduras is being accused by union leaders and former employees of forcing its workers to wear diapers in order to increase their productivity. Company representatives have denied the allegations but an investigation is already under way. Last Saturday, Daniel Duron, Secretary General of the General Confederation of Workers, denounced the violation of labor rights by Kyungshin-Lear Honduras Electrical Distribution Systems, accusing the company of forcing its employees to wear adult diapers to avoid going to the bathroom for their physiological needs. He added that the employer doesn't actually supply the diapers for its workforce, but that the employees, especially the women, buy them themselves to avoid leaving their work posts and risk losing their jobs. Duron based his accusations on testimonies made by Kyungshin-Lear employees and urged authorities to investigate. Dave skating through Australia where he travelled 3,618 miles on a SKATEBOARD. See Masons story MNSKATE. A fed-up graphic designer who gave up his job, house and girlfriend has traveled more than 17,000 miles around the world - entirely on man-powered machines. Dave Cornthwaite, 33, had a successful career, a long-term partner and a mortgage when a snowboarding trip inspired him to quit his "ordinary" life. After packing his "safe" domestic life into boxes Dave jetted to Australia where he travelled 3,618 miles on a SKATEBOARD. Since then he has kayaked 1,500 miles down Australia's longest river, the Murray; cycled 1,396 miles from Vancouver to Las Vegas on a tandem, and; sailed 2,404 miles down the Mississippi - on a stand up paddleboard. Dave has also sailed 3,156 miles from Mexico to Hawai; travelled 1,000 miles from Memphis to Miami on a bikecar; and swum 1,001 miles down the Lower Missouri River. Most recently the adventurer has peddelled 3,000 miles through western Europe on an elliptigo - a bike pedalled like a crosstrainer. It means in total the adrenaline junkie has powered himseld an incredible of 17,051 miles around the globe. But bizarrely Dave, from Warwick, claims he is terrified of taking risks.

FILE - In this combination of two undated handout photos made available by the Centro de Estudios Borjanos, the 20th century Ecce Homo-style fresco of Christ , left and the 'restored' version, at right. A year ago, a botched restoration of a fresco of Christ by an 80-year-old Spanish pensioner drew mocking laughter. Now, the artist Cecilia Gimenez has the last laugh. Officials in Borja, a town of 5,000 people in northeastern Spain, said Tuesday Aug.13. 2013, the fresco has drawn more than 40,000 visitors and raised more than euro 50,000 ($66,285) for a local charity. Next week, Gimenez and the local council which owns the sanctuary are to sign a deal sharing the profits from merchandising that features the image. (AP Photo/Centro de Estudios Borjanos, File)
