Take-Two is seeking to gain control of the GTAV.com domain name, which is currently registered to a Spanish resident and listed as for sale.
Fusible reports that Take-Two has filed a complaint with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in a bid to take control of GTAV.com.
ZoomThe domain name currently redirects users to the official Grand Theft Auto V website, although as recently as February 2013 it took users to a blog about the game.
This year alone, Take-Two has reportedly filed more than two dozen disputes over fake beta websites like gta5betacode.com, with the WIPO ruling in the publisher's favour on each occasion.
