"Hi Guys , Going thru the reviews on mouthshut.com, it looks as if all online shopping sites are fraud and offer very bad service. But I disagree. I think the reason being - only people with bad experience care to write the reviews. Happy customers don't care once they get their due. So let me share my good experience and urge all others to share all experiences - Good as well as bad. Then only we will get clear picture about any company.
I ordered an AC on 21st Feb ; with 19% discount . And I was expecting it after 15-20 days. But to my utter surprise , it was delivered after just 2 days, i.e. 24th Feb. And in undamaged condition. What more can one ask.

 I purchased Panasonic TV from indiatimes and model I chose and paid for was put back for delivery 2 times, then I was told it was problem to get because it was end of line stock. Cutting long story short I was kept upto date each time and then was offered upgrade to better model for same price, I live in goa and TV came from Delhi via jet airways, well packed and in perfect order, Please remember indiatimes must be dealing with thousands of customers each day and they are selling for other retailers, so sometimes or even most times delivery is out of their hands, and most people usually only write when there is a problem and all the satisfied customer dont, Hope all customers with problems get them sorted, but my experience has so far been a very good one and are now in process of ordering a tablet through them, Good luck everyone. I am now adding on 20/02/2013 that I have not only ordered the tablet which is in transit and due tomorrow but ordered a mobile phone on 16th feb and received on 19th in goa from Bangalore, I am sure I am not just a lucky person but that service can be very good from this shopping website.  Dear Friend.. I've ordered HTC desire X order No. is 3001948135. I was very much concerned about my shopping due to the reviews. But Really didn't get any trouble in purchasing mobile from India times. But the only thing is Courier which took 7 days to deliver a product. its really frustrating. I couldn't understand till now, how any delivery take 4 days to rech Gwalior from Delhi only 330 KM.. but over my thumb is up for India times shopping...

 This is my 2nd review on indiatimes shopping, I have bought Sony xperia u phone from this website, the market cost was 13990 but I have got it in just 11890 which is 2000 less, and that's only indiatimes shopping that can offer this much discount, shipping is somewhat slow as they took 10 days to delivery the product but after calling their cust care they actually made it soon & the phone was in sealed pack box and very good packing.. so really thank you indiatimes for giving me such a wonderful deal once again. will definitely do shopping with you again and again. love you Sony & indiatimes, go for it friends don't read reviews becoz the prob with only with people not with the shopping portal.

From 2 months I am waiting for 920.First I found the item in Flipkart with 36400 price, the next day increased to 38200.I thought that I might have bought yesterday.
I started goggling for cheapest price of lumia 920 .finally I found 91mobiles.com .
I prefer every one should compare the prices before buying the mobiles in 91mobiles site, They have given a good comparisons.
I found the cheapest lumia in Indiatimes shopping. I bought the item on 14th Jan 2013.They told that they will take 19 Working days to deliver the product. That means it should delver in Feb first or second Week.
They have dispatched the mobile on Jan 19th 2013 though DELHIVERY couriers.
DELHIVERY review is also bad here...I thought that I will get this mobile after 1 week. But I got the mobile on 22nd Jan and that to I am staying very far from the City else I might have got on 21st Jan.
Packing is not bad and not Excellent. I can tell its good.

  I bought a Samsung galaxy note2 on 9 of Jan 2013 form indiatimes, I started reading the reviews about the website. but mr shobit from indiatimes followed it up meticulously and I got the product delivered within a week, i.e. 15th Jan, though the due date was around 28th of Jan.. Thanks a lot shobhit., I have received the product in good condition and at great price too.. other reviews had scared me but my own experience is good enough to trust these guys and shop with them

 Till now I purchase 2 items from IT.one karbonn mobile a9 plus and an induction top stove with utensils. the utensils are very cheap but still price is low as compared to other websites. I will say, IndiaTimes is good for me. I will recommend this site

  Dear All, I purchased an iPhone 4s from this site on 17th Dec 2012 and I got my expected delivery date as 27th Dec 2012 . I got a gift card discount of 4.5k. After this my worry started, people started telling I may get cheated, local store person told me nobody can give that offer and I might get used/unlocked/duplicate phone. When I read reviews in web I got more worried. They did not ship the item until 24th Dec 2012, so I called the site, they were polite and told me I will get proper time delivery. And I am happy I got delivery on time and genuine and new iPhone.
Suggestions to Buyers - Try to buy only branded products, as these sites will not have proper control on all of their sellers. When you want something urgently try to avoid online buying, as delay can happen coz extinction of stock or courier. You are dealing with big shopping groups mismatch of things can happen be careful but keep trust or weigh risk benefit ratio. Whenever you have good experience post that also so the reviews can be fare.
Suggestions to indiatimes shopping - Try to improve delivery time, ship the products as soon as payment is confirmed why simply delay. Identify the sellers who get bad response from buyers and ban them from selling from your site permanently, why lose reputation for some cheap money. Develop more efficient system for Screening sellers and products. It is Good to respond to the complaints on these consumer websites keep it up but if the issue is solved request the buyers to change the review ratings.
This review is not to counteract reviews which have complaints, but to share good experience also so that these websites become more responsible. Overall I am happy.
