The Greenvale Police Dept. has issued this extremely important All Points Bulletin:

---

Wednesday, July 3, 2013
From the desk of Sheriff George Woodman:

---

Greetings,

Today we have learned that a very dangerous person is on the loose and has been terrorizing PlayStation®Home inhabitants. This legendary Greenvale menace, better known as the Raincoat Killer, can be easily identified by his signature red raincoat, glowing crimson-colored eyes, and may also be seen wielding a razor-sharp full-size axe. This terror is to be considered highly dangerous and should not be engaged directly. We are aware that there may be copycat suspects dressed as the Raincoat Killer. While these suspects have yet to present a threat, it is still advised that everyone proceed with caution and try to remain calm.

To better assist in your safety, and the security of all PlayStation Home residents, the Greenvale Police Dept. has assigned Willie the Dog to aid you in the hunt and seizure of the Raincoat Killer.

If you have additional information on the whereabouts or have seen the Raincoat Killer please contact the Greenvale Police Department, HERE.

Gamers who feel like scaring the biscuits of their fellow PlayStation Home peers can now download the Raincoat Killer's Costume; complete with signature red raincoat, glowing eyes, and matching axe to complete the ensemble of Greenvale's greatest terror. The Killer's Axe, the Killer's Raincoat, and the Axe of Anguish can also be purchased separately. In addition, a trusty new companion fit for any Deadly Premonition fan, Willie the Dog is also available for download. All items can be downloaded from PlayStation Home on the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system.
