More than 1500 soccer-loving children from Vancouver’s east side took to the field at Trillium Park Saturday for the 8th annual SoccerJam.
A group of seven transient killer whales dropped by Vancouver's harbour on June 14, 2013, giving tourists and locals alike a rare treat. According to Vancouver Whale Watch, the animals made it up Burrard Inlet almost as far as Rogers Refinery before turning around and exiting under Lions Gate Bridge, not far from the Stanley Park seawall.
