News Man Arrested for Taking Upskirt Photos at Anpanman Museum

47-year-old Atsuo Takatani was arrested on Monday for using a digital camera to take upskirt photos of a 15-year-old first-year high school girl at the Kobe Anpanman Children's Museum & Mall. According to authorities, the man was squatting down in front of the girl and taking the photos. A male staff member became suspicious, seized the man, and then called authorities.
The museum celebrates the Soreike! Anpanman franchise. Several other Anpanman museums have opened in Yokohama, Nagoya, and Sendai.
