Sony has locked down a Beyond: Two Souls release date of October 11 in the UK, the company has confirmed to CVG.

Beyond: Two Souls is Quantic Dream's follow-up to fellow PS3 exclusive Heavy Rain.
Touted as a psychological action thriller, the game spans 15 years in the life of protagonist Jodie Holmes (played by Ellen Page), who was born with a connection to a mysterious entity with incredible powers.
Willem Dafoe stars in a supporting role as scientist Nathan Dawkins, an enigmatic character working for a government division studying paranormal activities.
In late April, Sony released the Beyond: Two Souls box artwork. Quantic Dream also hosted a demonstration of the game at the Tribeca Film Festival, from which a 35-minute Beyond: Two Souls gameplay video was taken.
Creative director David Cage has reportedly confirmed that the game will last around ten hours.
