This recruitment site is operated by Future Publishing Limited (‘Future’) and the details you submit to Future as part of the application process are hosted externally on behalf of Future.

This is so that we may match your details to any future suitable vacancies that may arise. After this 24 month period your data will be removed or destroyed. You may request the removal of the data at any time earlier than this by notifying us in writing. We may also contact you by e-mail, unless you tell us not to.
In the event that you are successful in your application, we will store your personal data regarding your application throughout your period of employment within the Future Group.
In the event that you are provided with a user id and/or password at any time, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that user id and/or password. You agree to immediately notify Future of any unauthorised use of your user id and/or password.
Any breach of the above conditions may result in legal action being taken against the individual concerned.
Your Account Information is password-protected for your own privacy and security. Data transmissions are protected by industry-standard SSL-encryption.
Future may amend this policy, however if any substantial changes in the way we use your personally identifiable information are made, we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.
