Mirror's Edge 2 'help centre' page found on EA's website

Further evidence points to an E3 reveal for unannounced sequel

A Mirror's Edge 2 'help centre' page has been found on EA's official website.

Uncovered by a NeoGAF user, the page is the latest piece of evidence suggesting EA is planning to announce a sequel to 2008's Mirror's Edge.

Last week, Amazon Germany was carrying a since-pulled listing for Mirror's Edge 2.

A since-removed Xbox One listing for the game also showed up on Amazon's Italian website this week.

EA senior vice president Patrick Soderlund said back in July 2011 that the company was working on a new Mirror's Edge project, but he refused to elaborate.

Last summer, CVs of DICE employees suggested that the game was in the works at the Swedish studio.

And former EA Easy general manager Ben Cousins claimed in November 2012: "It is general knowledge in the Stockholm dev scene that Mirror's Edge 2 is in production at DICE."

EA's E3 2013 press conference will kick off at 1pm PDT (9pm UK) on Monday June 10.

EA Labels president Frank Gibeau said earlier this month: "Our E3 briefing will be a showcase of next-generation games like Battlefield 4, Need For Speed, a full range of EA Sports games and a first look at our plans for the Star Wars partnership with Disney."
