Max Payne 3 sales have passed the four million copies milestone since its release in May 2012.

The firm said the third person shooter was one of the largest contributors to net revenue in fiscal year 2013, ended March 31, 2013, which hit $1.214 billion in the year, as compared to $825.8 million for fiscal year 2012.
The PS3 and Xbox 360 versions launched on May 15, 2012 in North America and three days later internationally. It hit PC on June 1, and had shipped three million copies by late May.
Rockstar released the final Max Payne 3 DLC pack on January 22 in the form of 'Deathmatch Made in Heaven', which contained new co-op and competitive modes and more for the multiplayer component of the game.
