This article makes me happy. As does the 3DS. There are tonnes of great games already, and there's a load more coming soon! Nintendo may have messed up the launch, but boy, they've got another DS success story on their hands now! Goes to show that games sell the hardware, not the other way round.

Vita - I'm looking at you. It's a shame, it's a fantastic piece of kit, but they really need to come up with some better games... Even the price is reasonable now! I hope Sony do better with the PS4, it looks promising at the moment.

Not surprising, i'm impressed that the vita has managed to stay around 20k. At least it's not being outsold by the psp O.O

Vita sales have been consistently 20K+ in recent weeks, which is positive - and that's about double what the Wii U has been selling... I think Vita sales will improve once the PS4 becomes available, as PS4 remote play on the Vita should be awesome. I know I'll buy a Vita then. I've been kinda waiting for an official price cut, which the Vita has not yet had in the West.

That just sounds like people would only be interested in vita as a tool for playing PS4 on the move and not as a machine in its own right. If this is the case then it will be a very expensive method of playing games. Additionally, is 3G a reliable method for this feature? (This may be an old issue that has already been thrashed to death-I don't know). I guess there's wifi but there's still hardly blanket coverage of that yet.

Also, 3DS ftw. Gonna make use of Nintendo's buy 3 (FE, AC & LM2), get one free (DKR) deal (a story I don't recall seeing on CVG and had to wait for the slovenly Nintendo marketing shed to inform me of) soon!

I was thinking playing the PS4 on the Vita anywhere in the house, not on the go. The Vita on its own is an attractive system (even with the current level of software support), but these new incentives such as PS+ on the Vita, cross-buy and PS4 remote play are a way of making it into a must-have system (imo) for those PS gamers that still have remained on the fence.
