Studio Affiliate Program

The IGDA's Studio Affiliate Program is designed as a valuable benefit for studio managers to present to their development teams. By joining the Studio Affiliate Program, a studio provides all of its employees with a personal IGDA membership, which encourages them to get involved in the community and gives them access to individual member benefits. In addition, Studio Affiliates are recognized for supporting the broader game development community.

Developing your Team

It goes without saying that your most valuable asset is your team. As a Studio Affiliate all of your employees become personal IGDA members, and receive all of the great benefits of being a full IGDA member, allowing them to connect with their peers, receive valuable discounts, and grow professionally and personally.

Visibly Supporting the Community

By signing up as a Studio Affiliate, you are supporting the IGDA financially, but more importantly, you are standing behind the IGDA's mission and goal to improve the game development industry. To recognize this support, Studio Affiliates can take advantage of the following:

•  Company logo and information on our web site
  
•  Studio spotlight in the IGDA Newsletter on your Studio Culture, or another focus of your choice
  
•  Company logo presence on event banners (e.g., GDC, etc.)
  
•  Participation on IGDA Studio Affiliate advisory council (pending)
  
•  Significant Member Discounts on Global Professional Development events (such as IGDA Summit, GDC, E3 and many more)

Studio Affiliate Costs

Our current Studio Affiliate membership tiers are designed to scale from small startup studios to large established studios which are part of a larger organization. Please review the Studio Affiliation document.

Sponsorship Opportunities

In addition to a Studio Affiliate membership, your company might be interested in helping the IGDA through our other activities, such as supporting our parties at GDC, E3, etc., our IGDA Scholars program, local IGDA Chapters, and so on. How does it work?

When your company signs up as a Studio Affiliate, the IGDA will issue a unique registration code for your company, which can be internally distributed to your developers so they can take advantage of this benefit you've secured for them.
