The recent agreement between Disney and EA, which secured exclusive Star Wars game development rights for EA, won't affect Sony Online Entertainment's Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures.
Announced on Monday, EA has signed a multi-year deal with Disney to secure the exclusive rights to the development and global publishing of new Star Wars games on consoles and PC.
But SOE has told to Massively that its current agreement with Lucasfilm, through which it developed and currently maintains the free-to-play online game Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures, will remain active and unaffected by the EA deal.
"Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures is fully armed and operational, and this week's announcement does not affect our current agreement with Lucasfilm," SOE confirmed.
Clone Wars Adventures launched for Windows and Mac in September 2010, and lets players explore an online world based on the Clone Wars animated television series.

I would still like to know what's going to happen to the nearly released XBLA game Star Wars:First Strike...seems a waste if they are just gonna bin it when all it needs is to be released
