Disney's Chimpanzee has a pretty impressive pedigree.

Directed by two BBC documentary veterans - Alastair Fothergill and Mark Linfield - and with some considerable support from nature documentarian and conservationist legend David Attenborough, it's a bold new approach to family filmmaking.

We sat down with the movie's three main supporters to talk about the movie's 'star' Oscar the chimpanzee, why saving chimpanzees is so important and straddling the difficult balance of being a documentarian and a conservationist.
