Purpose of role
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or student seeking an industrial placement, to work within the busy commercial department of the Huffington Post Media Group, covering Huffington Post UK and AOL sites in UK, France and Germany.

· Ensure all bookings are recognised in the Finance system through diligence in campaign administration.
· Co-ordinate all campaigns for implementation.
· Ongoing Campaign Management for live campaigns; ensure campaigns are meeting contractual obligations.
· Review campaign performance metrics mid flight. Make optimisation recommendations to the client and use internal levers to ensure full delivery.
· Provide post campaign client service including reporting and analysis and recommendations for rebooking.
· Act as first point of contact for any troubleshooting.
· Be the knowledge leader for our Mobile solution and share this with the Sales team. Implement and run Mobile campaigns and work with the Mobile business unit to support growth and technical developments.
· Co-ordinate International EU and APAC campaigns and look to drive efficiencies in the process around this.
· Work with Sales to identify opportunities with existing and potential clients.
· Share best practice and learning’s among the Sales and Account Manager community.
Person and Skill Requirements:
· Experience within a Media Sales environment
· Experience in Mobile Advertising

Purpose of role & Accountabilities
Working within the Branded Content and Creative Solutions team this is a varied role, developing and designing engaging ad formats and creative executions for a wide range of advertisers across the AOL and Huffington Post sites.
Day to day job tasks will include designing and building custom rich media ads and bespoke sponsorship creative as well helping the team brainstorm concepts and mock up ideas.
Experience across Adobe Creative suite including Flash AS3 is essential as well as front-end coding, languages and principles.
The ideal candidate will have a very good level of experience in an agency environment and hold a degree in a relevant subject.
They must be able to demonstrate a strong eye for creative, and conceptualization, as well as discipline in terms or working to a deadline and accurately reflecting brand guidelines. Ideally we need someone with a creative flair but also aren’t scared to get mucky in a bit of coding!

Purpose of role
The Strategic Partnerships team is a versatile team responsible for ensuring AOL’s key partnerships in Europe remain successful and profitable. This high-profile team works across the business to ensure AOL’s key partnerships are optimised and get the attention and collaboration they deserve.
The role is for a commercially minded account manager who will also be responsible for day to day operational tasks relating to AOL’s key partners in Europe. This will involve managing daily partner related activities (reporting, error management, issue resolution), commercial account management and account planning for partnerships within the strategic context set by the Senior Manager. The Partner Manager will be required to turn partnership needs into internal projects and work with cross-functional teams to bring projects to a clear, timely conclusion. The candidate must demonstrate a high level of understanding of the digital / online marketplace, particularly the advertiser funded sites. The candidate must also demonstrate a strong understanding of data and have the ability to make recommendations based on insights.
Key Role Accountabilities
• Understand our key partnership contracts and how these contracts translate into operational accountabilities.
• Operationalise newly launched partnerships (as driven by new or amended deals and business priorities).
• Work with the Senior Manager to develop account plans and growth objectives for each partnership (new opportunities).
• Proactively ensure AOL’s partners are receiving a high level of operational support, including quality control to ensure our partners and their customers receive the best of AOL.
• Pick up on any day-to-day issues that could impact the partnership, the value to AOL or customer experience related to the partnership and take initiative to resolve them.
• Learn about our products and content and ensure they are working successfully for the partners.
• Report and analyse key performance indicators (financial, audience and operational)
• Manage core partnership deliverables including product and media roadmaps, partnership reporting, and monthly partnership reviews.
• Optimise the partnerships across multiple performance targets including revenue, traffic and new product launches
• Take the initiative to set up internal and partner projects to address specific issues or meet business objectives
• Manage customer complaints – identifying which relate to AOL and which complaints pertain to the partner and lead those customer issues to resolution;
