It does invoke the same feeling, just needs a smaller Mouth sticking out of the bigger mouth, then we'll have a Mechromorph, which obviously is a Nazi...
God how awful that would be  "Third-riech Alien Nazi robots from outer-space"
Looking forward to more info though as this game has piqued my interest.
me being a somewhat fan of Iron-Sky. and alternative realities in general.

I wonder how long it took to come up with the story for this?

Not that you'll care when you're blasting the crap out of everything. I like the look of this.

While I want to call 'bullshots' on a few of these I do have to say this is looking like it's shaping up to be a good reinvention of the Wolfenstein mythos. The mech design as just awesome, some of the best I've seen in years, especially the xenomorph looking one with its stahlhelm shaped head and broad jaw reminiscent of war propoganda.

I'll be watching this one closely.

Sly edit: Anyone notice on the walkway one there's a sign that says 'Mars'?

I hope this is made with ID Tech 5. I really want to see what the engine can do. Rage was the first game with the engine and it had some bugs. But hopefully it is reworked and games will now have much higher resolutions because of the next-gen consoles coming out. This means the ID Tech 5 engine might be able to really shine with the Mega Textures. Because I think they really scaled back a lot of the textures in RAGE for consoles, even though RAGE looked great when looking at landscapes from a distance the textures got really muddy when up close.
