The UPS Store Customers Can Win Big During NCAA Tourney with Print Madness

San Diego, February 28, 2012

Small Business Owners Can Score With 25-Cent Color Prints, Chance to Win a Trip to the 2013 Final Four and Small Business Coaching

The season for slam dunks, game-winning three-pointers and printing out tournament bracket sheets is back, and The UPS Store ® is joining the madness.

From March 1 through April 6, participating The UPS Store locations in the U.S. are giving out "free throws" as part of the Print Madness promotion, including 25-cent color prints, a chance to win a trip for two to attend the 2013 NCAA Final Four tournament and expert small business coaching.

"Just as a basketball team needs a great coach to win, small business owners can use the expertise of a professional business coach to help their companies compete in the big leagues," said Stuart Mathis, president of Mail Boxes Etc., Inc, The UPS Store franchisor. "We're excited to work with our customers as part of a winning small business team and provide them an opportunity to gain a competitive advantage by engaging with a seasoned small business coach."

The UPS Store has teamed up with marketing guru, award-winning social media publisher and best-selling author of Duct Tape Marketing and The Referral Engine, John Jantsch. On March 13 from 2 to 3 p.m. EST, Jantsch will host a "best marketing practices" discussion for small business owners on The UPS Store Facebook page. Fans are encouraged to join the chat to Jantsch questions and learn some of the best ways to market their small businesses.

"When small business owners start to see marketing as a system, they take their game to a whole new level," said Jantsch.

Facebook chat participants and fans will be able to enter for a chance to win one of four Ultimate Marketing Systems from Duct Tape Marketing, a complete small business marketing system including audio, video, workbooks, worksheets and additional materials valued at $400 each, by "liking" The UPS Store Facebook page and completing the form provided.

There are several other ways small business owners and other customers can score during this year's Print Madness promotion, including:

  • Taking advantage of The UPS Store 25-cent color print sale now through April 6 to print tournament brackets or a variety of other print products, including presentations, flyers and brochures, menus and more.
  • Picking up a text code in-store to enter for a chance to win a trip for four to attend the 2013 Final Four in Atlanta.

In addition to professional printing services, The UPS Store network offers a variety of services to help with the logistics of running a small business including, mailboxes with a real street address, packing and shipping services, notary and direct mail services.
