Wedding announcement submission

The Telegraph publishes wedding and engagement announcements every Sunday in print and online. If you wish to announce your wedding, please email us the following information.

If you would like to submit a picture with the announcement, please attach a high resolution .jpg version.

Note: Once we receive your email, a sales representative will get in touch with you to discuss fees and schedule when your announcement will run. Your announcement will not run until you speak with a representative.

Note: Announcements will run exactly as submitted so please double check spellings of names, venues, and all other details.

Please remember to include the following:

  • Bride's name (including maiden)
  • Groom's name
  • Date and time of wedding
  • Name and location of church or venue
  • Officiant (including title: Reverend, Justice of the Peace, etc.)
  • Name and location of venue of reception
  • Name and address of Bride's parents
  • Name and address of Groom's parents
  • Specify relationships and list maid of honor and bridesmaids
  • Specify relationships and list best man and groomsmen
  • List flower girl and ring bearer
  • List ushers and any other wedding party members
  • List Bride's school and education (including years and degrees)
  • List Bride's employment and location
  • List Groom's school and education (including years and degrees)
  • List Groom's employment and location
  • List where the Bride and Groom will honeymoon

  • Phone
  • Please indicate in which papers(s) you would like your announcement published.

    Please note that an announcement can only run in a paper where the couple has a connection to the paper's coverage area.
