Formally launched in 1992, the UPS Supplier Diversity Program is committed to providing business opportunities to small, minority- and women-owned businesses. In addition, UPS encourages majority suppliers to support women- and minority-owned firms. We are committed to ensuring that our supplier diversity process strengthens the minority- and women-owned businesses that drive economic development in our communities.
