Despite the fact this is by far the best Resident Evil game since the first 3 games... there are still things they could improve. I would like them to go back to basics with the enemies, zombies, lickers etc... and some of the gameplay is too full on action and doesn't fit with the horror theme on the boat. Seems even with this game they couldn't completely get rid of the action elements that have been ruining all the other previous games. Also there aren't enough puzzles...

Still, it's pretty easy to overlook those problems as i've been waiting so so so long for something close to the original games... and this game is definitely a step in the right direction. The old school camera angle and the creepy setting on the boat works really well. Will be interesting to see how it plays on the big screen!

As long as it remains more faithful to its roots than Resident Evil 6 did I'll be happy, because Leon taking every opportunity to spout 'This is just like Raccoon City!" just didn't cut it.
