Korea Linux Forum 2012 | About SeoulSeoul is the capital of Korea and the word "Seoul" means capital in traditional Korean. Seoul is a city in which the Hangang (River) flows through, from east to west, and is surrounded by great mountains, and the city contains both history and tradition, as well as the latest IT technology, making it a kind of a city which is quite rare anywhere on the globe. Seoul is also a city of various culture and variation. The city has over 700 museums, including the National Museum of Korea and the National Folk Museum, which all contain countless number of articles, a number of performance centers, such as the Sejong Center for Performing Arts, National Theater and more, and has over 400 galleries. Local Information Weather Currency Exchange Rate The exchange rate changes all day every day. You can find the exchange rate for the day in newspapers and on the internet. But keep in mind that the exchange rate may have changed from the time the newspaper was printed or from what you saw on the internet by the time you get to the currency exchange center or bank. On top of that, different exchange centers charge different fees, and, therefore, the amount of money you receive when exchanging your currency will vary.
