Advisory Councils

The Linux Foundation provides a neutral forum for our member companies, vendors, developers and end users to collaborate and solve complex issues facing the Linux platform. By encouraging cross-industry collaboration, the Linux Foundation plays a key role in advancing the understanding and growth of Linux.

The Linux Foundation's neutral forums provide members, end users and community developers a place to discuss shared issues, collaborate on projects of common interest and decide how best to direct resources in support of the development community.

The End User Council, Technical Advisory Board and Vendor Advisory Council are made up of key Linux Foundation and Linux community members and help accelerate collaboration and communication across the Linux ecosystem.
