Why can’t I log in?
There are several reasons why you may not be able to log in. Below, the most common situations:
- Have you tried to check your internet options? You may have inadvertently disabled your cookies.
- Have you used your account recently? It's possible that your information is no longer available in our systems! If you haven't used your account in years, we recommend you to try and register your email again.
- If you used to log in with an invalid or malformed email, you won't be able to access your account. In this case, please contact us if you want to keep your information or try registering a valid email.
- You won't be able to access your account if your username contains invalid characters. In this case, you can use your email to log in. Please contact us if you want to change your username as explained here.
- If you requested to change your email or nickname before, it might be possible that the change was not reflected on all our systems so please contact us to verify your account is setup correctly.
Why doesn't my existing gmail/yahoo email work with the Google/Yahoo! login?
Your existing account is not compatible with this new log in form. The reason? We cannot link any existing account without having a verification process that may compromise your security. We care about your data when we are exchanging information with third-party providers.
top ⇑I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?
Please visit the forgot password page if you cannot access your account because you forgot your password. You need to remember your email and provide it in the requested form. In less than one minute, you'll be receiving an email with instructions on how to reset the password.
top ⇑I want a new password to access my account. How do I change my password?
Please visit your account settings to change your password.
You need to enter your new password twice and click the button to change it. Remember your password
should have more than 5 characters and try to include special characters to make it secure.
I’m not using my registered email anymore. How do I change my email address?
Please visit the account settings
to change the email you use to access your account.
If you are using Facebook, Google or Yahoo! to access your account,
you won’t be able to change your email.
